Dr. Deb Anderson

Dr. Deb is a remarkable individual, often hailed as the Smartest Person in Any Room. With a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and extensive experience in medical writing spanning several years, she has proven her expertise in these fields. Additionally, she is the proud owner of millions in real estate and is a seasoned real estate investor specializing in tax deeds, note investing, and land flipping.

Moreover, Debbie is a strong proponent of the Money Mindset, which she passionately imparts here at the school. Her motivational skills are truly inspiring, ensuring that both diligence and mindset align for achieving remarkable success.

Brian Larmon

Brian Larmon brings over two decades of disciplined leadership, operational expertise, and strategic decision-making to the Sultan Income Fund.

A passionate student of investing, Brian draws inspiration from classic works like The Intelligent Investor and Buffettology. His investment philosophy centers on discipline, patience, and value-driven decision-making.

Brian is a former U.S. Naval Aviator with 20 years of service. He flew both the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet across five deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Inherent Resolve. A graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), he served in multiple leadership roles, including:

  • Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor

  • Squadron Training Officer

  • Airwing Training Officer

  • Director of Safety

  • Director of Air Wing Operations for Carrier Air Wing 7

In that final role, he oversaw the training, readiness, and combat employment of 74 aircraft and 1,700 personnel.

After retiring from the military, Brian spent six years as a First Officer with Southwest Airlines, flying the Boeing 737. There, he continued honing his skills in complex systems management, high-pressure decision-making, and operational discipline.

In 2023, Brian’s passion for finance led him to Investor Schooling, where he studied under Larry Steinhouse and mastered options and covered call strategies. In 2025, he won the school’s Covered Call Challenge by generating a 50% return in just two months.

Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. His rare blend of military precision, airline professionalism, and proven trading success makes him a trusted steward of capital — and a key contributor to the Sultan Income Fund’s mission of delivering reliable income for its investors.
